When does your trip begin and end?

Each insurance contract that includes cancellation-insurance cover must be taken out within 3 workdays after the trip has been booked. In the event that this is taken out at a later date, insurance cover provided by the cancellation insurance will only apply to occurrences that take place as from the 10th day after the taking out of the insurance (waiting period). Insurance cover is first provided after payment of the premium.

Description:
This rate is less expensive and can be selected if only one lease property is to be insured (excluding the journey there).
For example:
  • Holiday Apartment/Home
  • Mobile Home/Caravan
  • Hired Car
  • Houseboat
  • Ferry Crossing(s)
  • Motorail Train

Please note that
as soon as a property is booked in combination with another type of service, e.g. a flight, the type of journey must be selected accordingly.
