Within 3 working days after booking the trip
Each insurance contract that includes cancellation protection insurance or excess insurance must be taken out no later than the 3rd working day (Monday - Saturday) after booking the trip (booking date + 3 working days). If the insurance is taken out later, insurance cover is only available for events that occur from the 10th day after taking out the insurance ("waiting period").

If you only take out our annual cancellation insurance with travel protection after the start of your trip, the insurance cover will only apply to subsequent trips.

In the family plan, you can insure up to 7 persons in total. A maximum of 2 adults and children up to the age of 25 count as a family, regardless of their relationship.

With our annual cancellation insurance with travel protection, you are insured for as many trips as you like within 365 days. The maximum travel duration per trip is 62 days.
